Update 0.7.1 - MASSIVE Framerate Improvement

Hello! I am now back to work after my break, and got a tiny lil build done that comes with a MASSIVE performance boost from adding a scalability setting for the snow heightfield mesh. Also fixed the bug where it would take over a minute to load. Should now take about 9 or 10 seconds. Enjoy :)

With everything else at default (Epic), these were the performance improvements from lowering heightfield resolution on my computer :
     Epic : 41 FPS (Previously the default/only option)
     High : 50 FPS (new default)
     Med : 53 FPS
     Low : 62 FPS
     Potato : 64 FPS (Not recommended, it's called "Potato" for a reason)

With everything else at lowest except resolution (left at 100%), and shadows (set to medium) : 
     Epic : 61 FPS (Previously the default/only option)
     High : 78 FPS (new default)
     Med : 85 FPS
     Low : 117 FPS
     Potato : 120 FPS (The limit)

Other changes : 

- The tunnel between Crater and Metro can now be driven through in either direction, but a bomb will be needed to clear an ice blockade first

- Bombs now sold at Metro

- Adjusted attenuation for small bomb sounds

- Tunnel pipes now connect to walls

- Added some bridges around metro

- Red spots on ice now take slightly longer to break

- Empty settlements no longer offer upgrades or repairs

- Shop tabs are now grayed out if not selling anything

- Selected tabs are now highlighted in settlement menus

- Repair and paint icons now change color based on your vehicle's condition

- Adjusted vehicle damage. Damage is halved, but the threshold for damage appearing is also halved,so you should see damage appearing just as much, only now the range of damage will be more varied. 

- Snow is slightly more sparkly

- Changed texture filter settings for character icons, hopefully they aren't blurry at first now
